To sign up for an account, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Account Registration Page.
  2. Enter your personal details (incl. First Name, Last Name, Email Address & Password). You can create a password of your choosing. Please ensure you enter a valid email address, otherwise we won't be able to email you your order confirmation.
  3. To continue, please verify you are a human by completing the reCaptcha and hitting submit.
  4. Your account has now been created!
  5. To make checking out easier, please add your preferred shipping and billing address via the View/Edit Address button on your account page.

To log in to your account please make sure you have already created an account. You can sign in to your account on the account login page.

If you have found one of our products cheaper on another website, please contact us and we will investigate to see if we can match the price. Please note that we can not price match items that are on sale on other websites.

Discount codes don't stack. If you have, for example, a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

To place an order on the Genetix Nutrition website, follow these steps:

  1. Add the products you want to your cart
  2. Click the cart icon in the menu and select Check Out
  3. On the checkout page, either log in to your existing account or create a new account if you haven't registered with us before.
  4. Add you shipping details
  5. Make sure all the items in your cart are correct
  6. Select: "Continue to Shipping Method"
  7. Select your preferred shipping method
  8. Select: "Continue to payment method"
  9. Select your preferred payment method and enter your payment details
  10. Once you've entered all the relevant details, select: "Complete Order"
  11. Your order has now been created and you will receive an email with your order details.

After placing an order with Genetix Nutrition, this is what happens next:

  1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received
  2. Orders placed before 3:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (QLD time) Monday - Friday will be despatched via the fastest method, same business day. Orders placed after 3PM AEST or on weekends will be despatched the next business day
  3. When your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive another email advising your delivery has been successfully shipped and you will receive a tracking number
  4. Orders are predominately air freighted via one of three couriers, with delivery extending to all regions of Australia. We utilise various courier services because this is the only way to ensure the fastest delivery. The majority of our customers in or around capital cities receive their goods next working day, with approximately 95% receiving deliveries within 3 working days. Remote or regional areas depending on the exact location may take additional time
  5. Delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive the goods during business hours. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, the courier may leave a card letting you know when and where to pick up your delivery. Some couriers may leave a card advising when they will attempt re-delivery
  6. Should you wish for deliveries to be left at your residence when no one is home (i.e. front door etc), this should be noted on your order comments. Genetix Nutrition is happy to oblige with these requests, however we hold no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries should these unfortunate circumstances occur.

Please note: Genetix Nutrition, the couriers and transport companies used will try at all times to follow order and delivery instructions where ever possible. However, there may be circumstances where the order and delivery instructions may be overlooked by the courier or our packers. If you are unsure whether your order or delivery instructions can be met, please contact us, the couriers or the transport companies directly.

Delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size order under $30, is a flat rate of $9.95.

We will ship your order with one of three courier services, StarTrack, FastWay or Australia Post. We choose your courier based on which company will get your order to you the fastest!

Most customers receive their bodybuilding supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

  1. You order before 3pm (AEST) Monday - Friday
  2. You use a payment method with instant clearance, such as Paypal, Credit Card or AfterPay
  3. You are not in a remote location
  4. Your order is under 5kg (Couriers often send heavy or bulky orders by road)

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (NT, PO Box, Defence Addresses) and bulky parcels going to Western Australia may take longer than 1-3 business days.

You can use your order tracking number which you will receive via email once your order has been despatched to get an estimate of delivery times to your address by road freight. You can track your delivery with our couriers below:

We can not ship your order until payment has cleared in our account. For the quickest delivery please pay using PayPal, Credit Card or AfterPay.

By entering custom delivery instructions on checkout, such as "Leave on doorstep", you are taking all responsibly for loss or damage of your order. Genetix Nutrition will not be liable for any loss that may occur if you request special instructions regarding your package.

Our couriers do not require a signature to leave a parcel, we recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won't be home during business hours. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before ordering.

If your has not been delivered in the expected time please contact us and one of our customer service staff will track down your order as soon as possible. Please use the tracking code provided to see where you order is before contacting us and allow at least 5 business days from your order date. Please note in some cases it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show up on the couriers website.

If you receive the wrong item, your order has been damaged or for any other issues, please contact us as soon as possible and one of our customer serivce staff will contact you as soon as possible.

At this point in time we are unable to ship outside of Australia. This is something we are working on to be able to do in the future and will update all our customers as soon as this changes.

60 Day Product Guarantee

If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our online warehouse for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our support staff to start the return process.

30 Day Flavour & Performance Guarantee

Don't like the taste or performance of your new product for any reason? Simply return your opened product with 5 scoops or less used and we will happily exchange or apply an online credit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support staff to start the return process.

To speed up the process of returning a product, please include your name, order number, email address and as much information as possible on why you are returning the product(s).

If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, is not what you ordered or you're unsatisfied for any other reason, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label & postage bag free of charge.
