Ingredients

Filling:

• 1 large Granny Smith apple (diced)
• 1/4 tablespoon water
• 1/4 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Crumble Topping:

• 30g rolled oats
• 10g dedicated coconut
• 15g slivered almonds
• 15g coconut oil
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Custard:

• 1/2 serving Vanilla Lean Dessert by Genetix Nutrition
• 50ml unsweetened almond milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180℃
2. Combine all of the filling ingredients in a nonstick pot over a medium heat for 10 minutes or until apples soften. Transfer the apple mixture into an oven-proof ramekin when ready
3. In a bowl, combine all of the crumble topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the apple mixture
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
5. Mix together Lean Dessert and almond milk to form a custard
6. Top crumble with the custard and enjoy!

Tip: heat custard in the microwave for 30 seconds if you prefer it warm!

• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
• 1/4 cup yogurt (greek yogurt or dairy free)
• (Optional) 2 tbsp 85% dark chocolate chips
• (Optional) 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts and pecans

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180c
2. In a medium bowl, blend bananas, cacao, yogurt and Lean Dessert.
