    intro to protein 101 - great taste and good value

    Thanks to the great knwledge and advice in-store, I was shown a few options to kick-start my 'high protein' daily targets in this 8kg in 8 weeks challenge I'm doing. I am counting calories so needed something that would tick that box also, and I am really happy with the product I purchased. It ticks all the boxes and actually tastes pretty good when mixed through yoghurt or porridge, or alone as a drink itself. Will buy this again for sure,
